Payment Policy

PT Armor, Inc. custom manufactures all of our products. We build it for you.

  • PT Armor accepts Cash, Checks, EFT, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards.
  • No refunds will be permitted.
  • There is a $45.00 fee for returned checks.
  • Personal Purchases require payment upfront.
  • Department Purchases require a Purchase Order or Letter of Authorization on Department Letterhead.
  • Purchaser must notify PT Armor, Inc. within 30 days of receipt of any fit issues.

Warranties

  • 5 year warranty on our SM-PVC sealed ballistics.
  • 1 year fit and adjustment warranty.
  • 2 year manufacturers defect warranty (warranty does not apply to excessive wear and tear to cover).
  • Alteration warranty: PT Armor will ensure that routine alterations will be completed and shipped to the purchaser in approximately 96 hrs of its arrival at the plant.
